Duties

  • Represent corporate policyholders and insured clients in disputes with insurance carriers

  • Handle litigation and pre-litigation insurance recovery matters

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence related to insurance disputes

  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and analysis

  • Provide counseling and strategic advice to clients regarding insurance coverage

  • Collaborate with colleagues across offices on complex insurance recovery cases

  • Manage client relationships with responsiveness and professionalism

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience representing corporate policyholders in insurance recovery matters

  • Demonstrated experience in litigation and negotiation with insurance carriers

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Commitment to excellent client service and detail-oriented work

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment

  • Motivation to contribute to and grow within a national practice

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the California Bar (required)

  • Ability to manage complex case files and client communications
