Duties:

  • Lead and manage complex Class Action matters from investigation through resolution

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Collaborate with internal teams and co-counsel on case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation

  • Supervise junior attorneys, legal staff, and support personnel involved in active litigation

  • Engage with expert witnesses and clients to develop factual records and case narratives

  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, settlement discussions, and court appearances

  • Monitor legal developments and regulatory trends affecting class litigation

  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Class Action litigation, with involvement as lead or co-lead on complex cases

  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state procedural rules relevant to class and mass tort actions

  • Ability to independently manage a full docket while collaborating on high-level strategy

  • Familiarity with large-scale discovery and litigation technology tools

  • Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with at least one State Bar

  • Eligibility for admission to practice in Colorado (or willingness to seek admission)
