Estate and Trust Attorney

Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate and trust attorney with 1-3 years of experience drafting estate documents including wills and trusts and implementing estate plans. The candidate will work with the Firms estate department to research, plan, implement, and draft, high-level planning, and estate documents. Will work in a team environment with the firms attorneys and CPAs to provide the top level of service and product to the Firms long-term clients. Be working with the estate team to research and implement estate plans for families of significant wealth. Be applying rules governing estate, gift, GST, and income taxation of trusts and estates. Drafting, editing, assembling, and executing Estate Documents. Must have light trust accounting knowledge. Some financial, accounting or business background is a plus. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential.

The candidate should have a Law Degree. Meticulous drafting skills are needed. Should have outstanding organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to produce work as well as work with a team needed.
