Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial purchase and sale agreements, as well as commercial leases. Strong writing skills, a strong work ethic, and effective communication with clients are essential for this role. Experience with acquisition and disposition, particularly in retail leasing, is highly desirable.

Job Duties:

• Draft, review, and revise commercial purchase and sale agreements.
• Review and negotiate commercial leases, with a focus on retail leasing.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
• Conduct due diligence and research related to real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.
• Assist in the resolution of legal issues and disputes related to real estate matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in real estate law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Experience in drafting commercial purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases.
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
