Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocacy and committed to making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. This role involves handling sophisticated employment law matters and working collaboratively with accomplished colleagues.

Duties

  • Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
  • Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Guide clients through the case process.
  • Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

  • Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing of the state bar.
  • Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)
