Litigation Attorney

Winter Haven office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 5 years of litigation and trial personal injury law experience. The candidate will be managing the day-to-day handling of a full caseload with pre-suit and litigation files. Will manage and provide training as needed to support staff. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Screen potential clients. Investigating claims and gathering evidence. Documenting injuries and expenses. Calculating damages. Interviewing witnesses. Reviewing medical documents. Representing client through trial. Counseling clients throughout the entire claims process. Attending and Preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Admission to Florida Bar License is required.

The candidate should be able to work on a varied caseload. Ability to self-manage time and attention to clients and cases is required. Ability to lead and develop support staff is needed. Must have a strong dedication to the best outcome for all parties associated with the practice. Empowering communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
