Duties

• Interact with and assist clients and staff professionally.
• Prepare motions, objections, claims, and orders for bankruptcy cases.
• Attend court hearings related to bankruptcy matters.
• Manage assigned caseload to meet goals and client expectations.
• Handle escalated and time-sensitive matters as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor of Law.
• Preferred two to five years of bankruptcy experience in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Admission to practice in Federal District Courts.
• Understanding of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy procedures and laws.
• Familiarity with court procedures and practice.
• Proficiency with numbers and basic accounting.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy law proceedings.

Education

• Juris Doctor of Law.

Certifications

• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
• Admission to Federal District Courts.
