A law firm in Farmington, MI, is seeking a Senior Attorney with a fast track-to-equity partnership. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial book of business, particularly in Condo/HOA/or Corporate Real Estate, along with 5+ years of experience. This position requires excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to work both in-person and remotely.

Duties:

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, providing legal counsel and representation.
  • Manage and oversee legal matters related to Condo/HOA/or Corporate Real Estate.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.
  • Attend meetings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the firm's client base.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on complex legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Illinois or Michigan.
  • 5+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on Condo/HOA/or Corporate Real Estate.
  • Established book of business exceeding $300k.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Superior research and writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful client representation and business development.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Illinois or Michigan.
