Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, focusing on professional liability cases.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Demonstrated interest and expertise in professional liability areas, including attorney malpractice, broker errors and omissions, architects and engineers errors and omissions, and employment-related issues.
  • Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.
