Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate with expertise in crypto and blockchain transactions in New York. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of transactional experience advising companies in the crypto and web3 sectors.

Duties

  • Advise on venture capital financings, including crypto token rights or token warrants.
  • Manage crypto token, digital asset, and NFT issuances.
  • Oversee primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets.
  • Create offshore structures related to crypto token and digital asset issuances.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of transactional experience in crypto and blockchain.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and markets.
  • Familiarity with securities law and regulatory issues around crypto tokens is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
