A law firm in Longmont, CO, is seeking a Real Estate and Business Transaction Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, corporate, and general transactional work, representing a variety of clients including landowners, developers, individuals, and businesses. The candidate should be motivated to provide exceptional client service, possess sound professional judgment, and value personal and professional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in real estate and business transactional matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and corporate documents.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations for real estate transactions and business deals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
  • Handle closings and other aspects of transactional matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in real estate and business law.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the State Bar of Colorado or eligible for admission.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, corporate, and/or general transactional work.
  • Experience representing landowners, developers, individuals, and/or businesses preferred.
  • Strong professional judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice.
  • Motivated to provide exceptional client service and contribute to the growth of the firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth.
