Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate attorney specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury to join their team in Anaheim, CA. The successful candidate will engage in active litigation, handling cases from inception to trial, and will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to achieve maximum client recovery.

Duties

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active State Bar membership in applicable job location.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in medical malpractice and personal injury law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
