The candidate will handle a wide range of legal matters related to property insurance claims, including litigation, negotiation, and settlement. Should ideally have a strong background in handling insurance claims, but any experience in civil litigation is considered. Must have admission to the Florida Bar.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Should have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
