Duties

  • Lead and manage the intake team, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to case acceptance.
  • Evaluate and screen cases by consulting with potential clients to assess the merit of their personal injury claims.
  • Report on lead generation and team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain client communication, serving as the primary point of contact during the intake process.
  • Optimize intake procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with firm protocols.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in good standing, eligible to practice in CA.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law or a related field.
  • Proficiency in state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret legal precedents and statutes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Proven experience in case management and client representation with a focus on positive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
