Job Overview:

The Cyber, Privacy, And Data Associate Attorney will be pivotal in advising and representing clients on all cybersecurity and incident response matters. They will assist clients in navigating the complex and ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and dynamic, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and be a team player.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate cyber threats and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Conducted legal research and drafted documents related to cybersecurity and data privacy issues.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to cybersecurity incidents.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
  • Membership to the WA State Bar.
  • Strong academic credentials with excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Superb oral communication skills.
  • Dynamic and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership to the WA State Bar.
