Corporate Lawyer

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate lawyer with 5 years of post-admission experience. The candidate will involve working directly with partners, advising clients on a diverse range of matters such as Corporate Restructurings; Mergers & Acquisitions; Shareholders Agreements; Company Incorporations; Equity Investments and Share Capital Increases; Transformations; Demergers; Corporate Governance; Distribution Agreements; Franchising Agreements; Agency Agreements; Joint Venture Agreements; Asset Transfers. Must have Admission to the Portuguese Bar Association. Fluent in English (any other language is an advantage) is required. Should have experience with international clients and cross-border work.

The candidate should have a Law degree from a leading university. Must have excellent writing and organizational skills. Being enthusiastic about working in a multicultural and multilingual environment is required.
