Commercial Litigation Partner

A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Partner to join its team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney with a portable book of business to work in a dynamic and sophisticated practice. Duties

• Lead and manage a variety of commercial and business litigation matters
• Provide expert legal advice to clients in diverse industries, addressing complex legal issues throughout the business lifecycle
• Handle direct client interaction, maintain strong professional relationships, and gain new business
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals while managing individual matters independently
• Contribute to the firm’s overall strategy for succession planning and business development
• Actively engage in mentoring junior attorneys and participating in formal training programs

Requirements

• Must bring a portable book of business valued at approximately $300k
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage high-level matters independently while working collaboratively within a larger team
• Motivated to engage in a national practice and to take on increasing responsibility for client matters
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Georgia (or able to transfer license)

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia (or eligible to transfer)
