Daniel has been litigating against insurance companies for the full extent of his professional career. He went to Coral Reef Senior High School in Miami Florida, then attended the University of Florida, where he received a B.S in Political Science and International Relations. Daniel obtained his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Daniel?s practice focuses on first party property insurance litigation on a state, federal and appellate level. As CEO and shareholder, Daniel started The Monfiston Firm, P.A. in 2010 in order to help property owners and policy holders navigate through the difficult landscape of property insurance claims. And while the firm has significantly grown since that time, the initial foundation and passion for assisting homeowners has remained the same.
