Marta Stein has been a trusted advisor to some of the largest publicly traded and privately held companies and private equity firms in the country. She currently serves as fractional General Counsel to privately held companies, and represents mid-sized and large multinational
companies and financial institutions in resolving business disputes and directing winning litigation strategies.
During her 30 years in private practice at an AmLaw 50 firm, Marta developed a unique, national practice that combined high stakes complex commercial litigation with outside general counsel work across multiple industries. As a trial attorney with a business background, Marta always sought ways to avoid litigation, along with the costs, time and reputational risks that accompany it.
