Keller and Heckman is based in Washington, DC. The firm was founded in 1962 by Joseph E. Keller and Jerome H. Heckman. The office relocated in 1991 to a space conveniently located at Metro Center. The Washington, DC office is adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Hotel on H Street NW, and is within short walking distance of Chinatown, the Verizon Center, and Penn Quarter.
