Keller & Heckman is a law firm that has been in operation for many years. From reviews, it appears to be a well-respected firm among its attorneys and other staff members. Employees have praised the firm for its work-life balance, friendly environment, and interesting work. The 35-hour work week and overtime pay for non-managers is also appreciated.

However, there are some areas of concern. Promotional opportunities are limited, and the staff has been criticized for being unprofessional and insensitive to cultural differences. The billing manager has also been described as unprofessional. Additionally, employees have noted that there is no training system in place, and the administrative practices are very rigid. Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearGreat for a Law FirmSupport Staff in Washington, DC ProsFrom my experience/team, the attorneys and partners are a pleasure to work for. There is an understanding of work/life balance which many law firms don't necessarily offer. As others have stated, as long as you go to work and do your job, you will be fine. The support staff is treated exceptionally well by management and the attorneys/partners, especially during the holiday season and administrative week. In my time here I have seen many promotions from within. HR communicates well and updates the entire firm when changes are made.ConsNo cons I can currently think of. If you don't like a company, just remember, you're not obligated to stay.
