Bob uses Zoom Pro for ONLINE MEDIATIONS since it allows for "Breakout Rooms." Think separate conference rooms, except you appear in separate video or virtual meetings. Bob will put you and your client in one Breakout Room, and the other side in another. Everyone in the same Breakout Room can talk and see each other as well as share documents. Only the mediator can enter or place someone in a Breakout Room.

Confidentiality is preserved because this is not just a videoconference for everyone. You are in your own "room." And, no recording of the session by anyone at any time is permitted.

Each person only needs access to a laptop or computer with a camera and microphone, secure and strong WIFI and a private space from which to participate. If physically together, you and your client can use the same computer.

ONLINE MEDIATION sessions can often be scheduled more quickly than trying to get everyone together at a specific physical location. Length of a session can take as little or as much time as the parties need.
