Our Clients
We seek to build long-standing and meaningful relationships with our clients, many of whom we have worked with for 15-20 years, and many others who are well established and are more than likely to join them. We believe there are clear benefits to having such long-standing relationships, in terms of our understanding of each client's business, how it works and the efficiencies in time and cost that can flow as a result.

Our People
We value all of our people, lawyers and support staff, and the contribution they can make to our clients and to the business. We have lawyers who have progressed through to partnership from being trainees or who joined us as junior lawyers, and we have many members of staff who have been here 10-20 years.

All trainees and associates share offices with partners and learn first hand through working with the partners and the firm's clients, as well as participating in training programmes at trainee and associate level on a wide variety of legal and non-legal skills and topics. In addition, and very importantly for us, we want all of our people to enjoy working at the firm, and to have fun whilst doing so.
