Henning Mediation has always been a family-run business. Ed Henning started Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service in 1996 after seeing an increased demand for mediation in Georgia. Ed pioneered the art of collective mediation, establishing a model that inspires organizations even today. We handle a wide variety of cases ranging from a simple premises liability complaint to complex, multi-party disputes. Our neutrals are attorneys and retired judges that specialize in all diverse areas of law. Their firsthand knowledge and experience allows us to settle over 75% of the cases heard at our facility.
