Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks health law associate attorney with 4-5 years of transactional experience. The candidate will be working with other firm attorneys on all aspects of transactions, particularly those in the pharmacy industry sector, including drafting and commenting on transaction documents, performing health care regulatory due diligence, analyzing transaction structures to assess compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements, supervising more junior associates and paralegals working on the transactions, coordinating with clients and other outside counsel, and taking the lead on items requiring follow-up.
