Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level healthcare associate to join its practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on pharmacy, pharmaceutical supply chain, PBM, reimbursement, and payor-related matters, offering an opportunity to work on complex regulatory and commercial issues.

Duties

  • Advise clients on pharmacy and supply chain matters.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional work.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience managing substantial components of matters independently.
  • Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
  • Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Familiarity with pharmacy, payor, or reimbursement-driven healthcare work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Proficiency in managing complex legal matters.
