A law firm seeks a Drug Pricing Associate (Mid-Level) in Washington, D.C. The role involves supporting a range of matters in counseling, transactional, and litigation work, focusing on drug pricing, government pricing programs, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.

Duties

  • Advise clients on drug pricing strategy and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and analyze procedures for government pricing calculations.
  • Draft and negotiate drug pricing and distribution contracts.
  • Support transactions involving pricing obligations and rebate allocations.
  • Provide expertise in False Claims Act litigation and pricing disputes.
  • Support regulatory challenges related to 340B program compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior partners on complex client matters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug pricing or healthcare regulatory matters.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, 340B, and Medicare reimbursement preferred.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical contracting and dispute resolution.
  • Superior research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; strong academic credentials required.
