Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Structured Finance Associate to join its finance group in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on transactions involving commercial-mortgage backed securities (CMBS) and offers an opportunity to engage in meaningful work and career growth.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

Education

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admitted to practice in the state of California.
