Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate to join their San Francisco, CA office. Duties

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers on asset management and investment fund matters.
  • Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Engage in regulatory compliance and fund formation activities.
  • Participate in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to investment funds.

Requirements

  • Four to seven years of relevant experience in asset management and investment funds.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the state bar in California or eligibility to waive in.
