The candidate will be representing the firm's clients on various matters, including litigation of land disputes and restrictive covenant cases, collection matters, and other HOA-related disputes. Will be mastering the statutory and case law applicable to homeowners and condominium associations. Counseling association boards as to their legal obligations and responsibilities, including issuing opinions on both routine and complex legal issues.
