Duties

• Analyze insurance policies and provide detailed coverage opinions.

• Represent insurers or policyholders in bad faith and declaratory judgment actions.

• Work on CGL, D&O, E&O, EPL, cyber, property, and specialty-line matters.

• Draft, negotiate, and interpret policy language.

• Support litigation teams with discovery, motions, depositions, and hearings.

• Advise clients on coverage risks, claim strategy, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• 1–10+ years of insurance coverage experience on either insurer-side or policyholder-side.

• Strong legal writing, policy analysis, and research skills.

• Experience with litigation or pre-litigation coverage disputes preferred.

• Ability to understand complex insurance frameworks and specialty-line policies.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
