Duties

  • Represent injured patients and families in medical malpractice and serious injury cases.

  • Review medical records, consult experts, and develop liability and causation theories.

  • Conduct depositions, draft motions, and participate in hearings.

  • Support trial teams with witness preparation, evidentiary issues, and courtroom strategy.

  • Maintain strong client communication, guiding clients through sensitive and emotional matters.

  • Assist with case development from intake through resolution or trial.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of experience in medical malpractice or plaintiff personal injury.

  • Ability to evaluate medical records and work closely with experts.

  • Strong litigation, writing, and courtroom skills.

  • Compassionate and client-centered approach.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
