Woodbridge office of our client seeks land use attorney with 1-4 years of zoning experience. The candidate must be licensed in Virginia. Must have experience with rezonings, special use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, development agreements, easements, subdivisions, deeds, and homeowners association agreements.
Woodbridge office seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for: assisting clients in finalizing and documenting domestic and international business transactions of moderate complexity; assisting and supporting senior attorneys and partners in handling more complex transactions and cases; preparing pleadings, motions and briefs, attending hearings, conferences and trials; and/or drafting and reviewing contracts and other documents. Should preferably be an active member of the Virginia or DC Bar.

Woodbridge office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 1+ year of experience. The candidate will provide legal representation in immigration, naturalization, and citizenship concerns in family, employment, and business matters. Will prepare and submit appropriate labor department and immigration cases/filings. Coordinate required immigration notices/postings, track and maintain public access files and PERM audit files. Prepare, review and submit forms in support of various immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. Keep abreast of government, regulatory and other pertinent standards, requirements or information regarding employment of individuals on work visas and authorizations, and any changes in US and non-US immigration law. Generate new clients and represent the law firm in promotional activities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience of handling criminal and business matters is a plus. Knowledge of immigration law in countries outside of North America is a plus. Bilingual is required, Spanish is preferred. Multilingual is a plus. Admission to Virginia State Bar required, Additional Bars a plus.
