One of the exciting things is there's what is called a red light.
So some people go to a tanning booth. You can go, and there are plenty of places with them just like that; they're in every big city. You can go to the red lights, which are supposed to be very good. They give you the same benefits as sunlight without the health risk and just being outside. I don't know a lot about the risk of not getting sun, but I do know that, that it's something that I think a lot of people do that can be very helpful.
Making that part of your kind of routine and maybe one hour a week or every month, we'll just go in someplace and do it. I think it's just helpful.
