What do you do when you're working for someone who has no communication skills? Calls and emails are not returned. Partners just ghost you for days, sometimes weeks at a time.

If you're working for someone that is not responding to you, that may be their issue. Sometimes when you're working for people like that, they may actually have problems of their own that you're unaware of. And so I really wouldn't worry too much about it.
