Job Title: Asbestos Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent clients in asbestos litigation cases, providing professional and empathetic legal counsel.
• Manage a diverse caseload, including all aspects of case preparation, investigation, depositions, and trial prep.
• Conduct client interviews, witness depositions, and respond to motions for summary judgments.
• Lead or participate in mediation and arbitration sessions, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop legal strategies and offer advice to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical experts, and witnesses to collect case-critical information.
• Advocate on behalf of clients through each stage of their legal process, ensuring a clear understanding of the proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Preferred background in asbestos litigation, particularly for plaintiffs.
• Trial experience (first or second chair) is highly desirable.
• Proven success in personal injury cases, especially asbestos-related matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload while coordinating client medical schedules.
• Compassionate approach to working with asbestos victims, offering guidance throughout their legal journey.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
