Mid-level Litigation Associate

A boutique litigation firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its dynamic legal team. Location:

Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation matters from intake through resolution

• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct depositions, hearings, and potentially trial work

• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and execution

• Perform legal research and analysis on substantive and procedural issues

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel

• Contribute to case management, workflow optimization, and legal process improvement

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing litigation cases independently or with limited oversight

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a flexible and self-driven work environment

• Commitment to high-quality legal work consistent with standards of top-tier firms

• Proficiency in balancing multiple complex assignments and deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (specific state bar admissions may be required depending on the location of the role)

Skills:
