Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with two to five years of experience to join its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage complex legal matters.

Duties

• Manage pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters.
• Handle e-discovery and fact development efficiently.
• Address complex legal and logistical issues strategically.
• Engage in client interaction, depositions, and trial opportunities.

Requirements

• Two to five years of litigation experience.
• Experience in business torts, business litigation, real estate litigation, and/or shareholder disputes preferred.
• Active California license required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
