The ideal candidate will have experience in labor law, energy and utility, building and energy efficiency standards, contract negotiation, workforce development policy, public works contracting, competitive bidding law, responsible contractor requirements, prevailing wage compliance and enforcement, apprenticeship programs, and labor arbitrations.

Duties

• Provide legal advice and representation in negotiations and before federal and state agencies.
• Engage with legislative committees, municipalities, and other local governmental agencies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
