Duties

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide expert legal analysis and strategic advice on insurance coverage issues.
• Draft comprehensive opinion letters on complex legal questions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to a supportive environment.
• Participate in business development and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in New Jersey.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation and insurance coverage.
• Experience in drafting clear and persuasive opinion letters.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
