  • Knowledge of estate planning principles, probate procedures, and tax considerations

  • Analytical abilities and sound professional judgment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active state bar license in good standing
  • Additional estate planning or tax certifications are a plus (e.g., LL.M., CFP, CELA)
