Duties

• Advise on executive compensation arrangements for public and private companies.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of law firm experience in executive compensation.
• Experience with public company and private equity work.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
