Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trade Remedies Associate for its Government & Regulatory Affairs practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in handling antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission.

Duties

  • Handle complex investigations and reviews before agencies.
  • Litigate before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
  • Counsel clients on policy matters before the Executive Branch and Congress.
  • Provide legal counsel on trade compliance and management issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in building administrative records and developing legal arguments.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
