Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans.
  • Participate as a key member of deal teams.
  • Oversee transactions from due diligence through closing.

Requirements

  • Prior involvement in loan origination and securitization.
  • Large law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
