A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing counsel to national financial institutions in one of the nation's major banking centers.

Duties

  • Serve as counsel to national financial institutions.
  • Engage in real estate finance transactions.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, and/or finance.
  • Experience in real estate/construction financing, commercial lending, or related areas preferred.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
