Job Overview

A law firm seeks a partner-level attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice group in Paramus, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation and employment law, along with a portable book of business. This role requires strong communication, research, and writing skills, as well as the ability to develop pre-trial strategies and exercise sound judgment.

Duties

• Lead and manage labor and employment litigation cases.
• Develop and execute pre-trial strategies.
• Provide counsel on labor relations, including collective bargaining and grievances.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their legal needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation and employment law.
• Admitted to the New Jersey bar; New York bar license preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a portable book of business.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.

Certifications

• New Jersey Bar License.
