Senior Associate - Litigation Practice

Job Overview

Duties

• Manage complex civil litigation cases in federal court.
• Prepare for and participate in federal bench and jury trials.
• Conduct expert motion work and trial preparation.
• Handle discovery management in complex matters.
• Draft briefs and engage in oral advocacy at trial and appellate levels.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Associate.
• Proven track record in federal court litigation.
• Strong background in labor and employment law.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Skills

• Expertise in motion practice and trial preparation.
