Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice group in Paramus, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of litigation and employment law experience, with a preference for those familiar with labor relations work.

Duties

  • Handle litigation and employment law cases.
  • Engage in labor relations work, including collective bargaining and arbitrations.
  • Develop and execute pre-trial strategies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Admitted to the New Jersey bar; New York bar license preferred.
  • Strong communication, research, and writing skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.

Certifications

  • New Jersey Bar License.
