Estate and Trust Administration Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Administration Attorney to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of estate and trust administration, a passion for client service, and thrive in a collaborative environment. A minimum of 7 years of experience in this area is preferred.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee estate and trust administration matters for clients.
• Provide legal counsel regarding estate planning, trust management, and probate processes.
• Draft and review legal documents related to estate and trust administration.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure effective case management.
• Develop strategies to resolve complex estate and trust issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate and trust administration.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Passionate about client service and teamwork.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
