Duties:

• Handle pre-suit personal injury matters from intake through settlement

• Conduct comprehensive case evaluations and investigations

• Prepare and review demand packages in collaboration with support staff

• Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance representatives and opposing counsel

• Coordinate with the firm’s litigation attorneys to transition unresolved cases

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure transparency and trust

• Prioritize workflow to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience handling personal injury pre-litigation cases

• Demonstrated history of securing favorable settlements

• Proficiency in drafting demand letters and legal correspondence

• Strong command of negotiation techniques and client advocacy

• Ability to analyze medical records and assess damages accurately

• Familiarity with Florida personal injury law and procedures

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
